Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Therapy
NIK KARANGIOZE is our Chief Operating Officer. Nik serves as our Chief Operating Officer, bringing over a decade of experience in the optical field along with a strong background in team leadership and operations management. Originally from Lowell, Massachusetts, he has worked across a range of optometric settings, from private practices to corporate environments, giving him a well-rounded perspective on patient care and business operations. Nik is passionate about building efficient systems, supporting his team, and delivering an exceptional experience for every patient. His leadership is driven by a commitment to service, growth, and continuous improvement. He currently resides in Milford, New Hampshire with his wife and two children. Outside of work, Nik enjoys staying active, focusing on health and nutrition, and spending quality time with his family.
JILLIAN is our Doctors Assistant that works directly with Dr. Radakovic. Jillian started off working for another optometry office in Manchester, NH. She came from the restaurant industry not knowing what she had wanted to do. Starting off at the other practice really made her fall in love with the optometry world, and made her want to expand her knowledge and passion for it.
ASHLEY is our Optometric Technician. She grew up in a small town just outside of Concord and first discovered her love for eye care thanks to a close friend who introduced her to the field. Ashley began her career at an optometry office in Manchester, where she gained experience in general optometry before working alongside a specialist doctor. Her curiosity and passion for helping others continue to grow as she advances her career in Visual Therapy. At home, Ashley enjoys life with her husband and daughter. She’s an active board member and volunteer in a local cheer and football organization, where she’s loved watching her daughter participate over the years. When she’s not volunteering, you’ll find her crafting, canoeing, or exploring the outdoors.
DONNA is our Head Vision Therapist. She grew up just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. She started her career in eye care in a small practice located just outside of Nashua, NH. The practice offered specialty services for patients who have suffered from stroke and head injuries and pediatric services for children struggling with school. And over ten years ago, Donna took an interest in Vision Therapy, where she hit that floor running! She is an active member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. Donna currently lives in Merrimack with her husband of over 30 years. And they have three older children. Donna enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family.
JESSICA is our other Vision Therapist and our Office Manager. She was born and raised in Southern New Hampshire. Jessica started her career in eye care as an Optometric Technician for a practice based in Manchester. That practice would offer specialty pediatric services for children struggling in school, along with helping patients who suffer from concussions and strokes. Here she would work up patients to see the Specialist Doctor on staff. After a couple of years being the Specialty Technician and as a concussion patient herself, she was offered a position within the Vision Therapy part of the practice and hasn’t looked back once. She is working on her certification with the American Optometric Association and is an active member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, and is a fundraising coordinator for a local charity. Jessica lives just outside Manchester with her boyfriend of over 15 years and their 12-year-old daughter. In her free time, you can find Jessica biking, attending concerts, boating with family and friends, or attempting to snowboard.
